The hotel has the pleasant charm of a warped Gloria. Every corner, every angle breathes history and the thoughts wander off in the past few days. It just fits the city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was very convenient for us that you could do your laundry for 5 EGP per piece. Dried again the same day. Best parking in the side streets on both sides of the hotel. They give you 20-30EGP for people who keep the parking free and it's safe. We had a standard room with balcony and partial lake view. If you are only looking for the essentials and arrange for a shared bathroom, you will be satisfied here. If you want more amenities, you better keep looking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The location is good, by the sea, in the city center, but not noisy. The interior decoration is tasteful and pleasing to the eye. The two old gentlemen on duty at the front desk are very friendly. The flight arrived late, and I received a timely reply from the store at the airport, saying that the front desk is waiting 24 hours a day, which made me feel at ease. Check-in was smooth.
